Requirements:
Strong Java and J2EE design and development skills; Experience of Spring & Struts standards / framework; Hibernate / other ORM experience will be preferred; Experience with MVC implementations and UI development; Strong understanding of Databases; Strong Object-Oriented design and development skills; Understanding of and experience with software development tools, ECLIPSE etc.; Previous involvement in the full lifecycle of complex web applications; Demonstrated attention to detail through prior experience at the implementation level; Problem solving skills; Good verbal, written communication and team skills - ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts. Required: 3-5 years of experience (majority in java development); Experience in Retail Industry preferred.

Technical Lead / Sr. Java Developer (Hands On) - Systems In Motion, Ann Arbor
Description:
Work with customer team as an extended team and do coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs / applications using web technologies primarily such as Java (J2EE, Spring) based on specifications and requirements document provided. Also perform the role of a technical lead for Project team (3-4 members) and ensure technical guidance, leadership and effective coordination is provided to the team.
Requirements:
Qualifications (Skill Set Required); Strong Java and J2EE design and development skills; Experience of Spring & Struts standards / framework; Hibernate / other ORM experience will be preferred; Experience with MVC implementations and UI development; Strong understanding of Databases; Strong Object-Oriented design and development skills; Understanding of and experience with software development tools, ECLIPSE etc.; Previous involvement in the full lifecycle of complex web applications; Demonstrated attention to detail through prior experience at the implementation level; Problem solving skills; Good verbal, written communication and team skills - ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts; Technical leadership skill and experience of managing project teams.
